生涯現役でいるために、自分の足で買い物に行き、献立を考え、台所に立って料理をすることは一つの秘訣かもしれません。
そして、自分ができる運動習慣を見つけること！
あいざわでは、そんなお手伝いができたらと、毎月体操クラスを各種ご用意しております。
また、スタッフ自身にも試してもらい、良かったことを店頭でお客さまにも伝えていけたらと思い、ヨガインストラクターのまなみんに、今回はスタッフのためのヨガクラスをお願いしました。

立ち仕事が多い私たちのためのクラスは、下半身を中心にまずはほぐし棒でむくみ取り。腰が弱いスタッフのために、お尻ほぐしも入念に。
ヨガボールを使ったエクササイズに、スクワット。
最後は三日月のポーズと、盛りだくさんの1時間でした。
「病院で運動をすすめられても何をしたらいいかわからない」
「痛みがあって運動なんてとてもできない」
店頭でよくお聞きします。
そんな時、簡単なほぐし動作をお伝えして、少しでもお客様にも楽になっていただくことができたらと思っています。
